Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
1. Operator
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Planify, a team scheduling and WhatsApp confirmation service.
Planify is a personal project operated by Chereji Ionuț, an individual based in Timișoara, Romania (“we,” “us”). Planify is not a registered company. These Terms are governed by the law of Romania and applicable European Union law.
Contact: ticket@planify.team
The service includes the websites planify.team, related Planify sites, and the application at app.planify.team.
By creating an account, inviting users, adding Members, or using Planify, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the GDPR Compliance page.
2. What Planify is
Planify helps organizations schedule people and send operational WhatsApp messages so Members can confirm or decline assignments. It is a professional scheduling tool, not a marketing platform, chat app, or bulk-messaging service.
WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta’s WhatsApp Business API, template approval, and network availability. We do not control Meta, WhatsApp, or mobile carriers.
3. Who may use Planify
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The Customer (account owner) is the organization or person who creates the Team, manages billing, and is responsible for Coordinators and Members.
- A Coordinator is invited by the Customer and may access only assigned departments. A Coordinator is not the Customer, does not own the Team, and has no plan or billing rights.
- Members are people whose data the Customer adds. Members are not Planify account holders unless separately invited as Coordinators.
You must provide accurate information. Planify may be reviewed by us, by Meta/WhatsApp, by payment providers, or by competent authorities. You must cooperate with lawful verification.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your login credentials, for people you invite, and for all activity under your Team. Notify us immediately at ticket@planify.team if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or restrict an account to protect the service, other users, or to comply with law or WhatsApp/Meta requirements.
5. Acceptable use — mandatory rules
These rules exist because Planify sends messages over WhatsApp Business API. Accounts and message quality can be reviewed or verified. A breach may lead to immediate suspension, template rejection, or loss of WhatsApp access, without refund except where the law requires otherwise.
5.1 Real identity
- Account holders, Coordinators, and Members must be identified with real names used in the organization. Nicknames that hide identity, joke names, celebrity names, or invented identities are not allowed.
- Phone numbers must belong to the named person (or to a number the organization is authorized to use for that person). You may not add numbers you do not have the right to contact.
- You may not impersonate another person or organization.
5.2 No offensive or abusive content
- Do not use swearing, insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content in names, departments, events, notes, or any field that can appear in a WhatsApp message or in the dashboard.
- Do not use Planify to bully, shame, or pressure people.
5.3 No spam
- Do not send unsolicited or repeated messages, scrape contacts, or use Planify to flood inboxes.
- Contact Members only for genuine scheduling, confirmation, reminder, or operational team communication related to an assignment they have or may reasonably have with your organization.
- Do not buy, rent, or import phone lists for outreach through Planify.
5.4 No links and no tracking
- Do not insert websites, tracking links, referral links, shortened URLs, QR promotions, or calls to visit external pages into names, events, or any content that can be sent through Planify.
- Only links generated by Planify itself (if any) are permitted in messages.
5.5 No marketing
- Planify WhatsApp messages are for operational scheduling only (invites, confirmations, reminders, assignment changes, and similar service messages).
- You may not use Planify to advertise, sell, fundraise, campaign, promote products or events to the public, or send newsletters.
- If Meta classifies a message as marketing, you must stop that use. Planify may block features that would cause marketing traffic.
5.6 Other prohibited uses
You may not:
- break the law, these Terms, or WhatsApp/Meta Business policies;
- attempt to access other Teams’ data, probe, or overload the service;
- resell Planify or use it to operate an undisclosed messaging bureau;
- upload special-category data (health, religion as a sensitive profile, political opinions, etc.) except where it is incidental to a name or department the organization already uses internally and you have a lawful basis;
- interfere with verification, security, or billing.
6. Customer responsibility for Members
The Customer is the data controller for Member data. Before adding a Member or sending a WhatsApp message, the Customer must have a valid legal basis and the right to contact that number. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of names and numbers and for how their organization uses Planify.
7. Plans, limits, and billing
Planify offers a Free plan and paid plans. Limits (Teams, departments, Members, monthly notifications, and features) are those shown in the application and on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Limits are not guaranteed forever and may change with notice for future billing periods.
Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, invoices, taxes, and payment methods. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase in addition to these Terms: Paddle Buyer Terms.
Unless required by law or our Refund Policy, fees are charged in advance for the billing period and access continues until the period ends if you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it is not by itself a refund for time already paid.
If a custom entitlement granted by us expires, the Team is moved to the Free plan. Existing data is kept; creating new items above Free limits may be blocked; monthly WhatsApp volume follows the Free cap then in force.
Prices shown in the application and on the pricing page are exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes, including VAT where due, are calculated and charged by Paddle at checkout according to your billing location and appear on the invoice.
8. WhatsApp, templates, and verification
Message delivery requires approved WhatsApp templates and a compliant sender. Meta may approve, reject, pause, or review templates and the business. Planify may review account data and reported content when we reasonably suspect a breach of Section 5 or of WhatsApp rules.
Rejection or restriction by Meta/WhatsApp, poor quality ratings, or user complaints are not a Planify defect and do not by themselves entitle you to a refund.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Planify at any time and may request account closure by emailing ticket@planify.team.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by Meta/Paddle, if invoices fail, or if continued use would harm the service or others. After archive or cancellation, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy (typically retained up to 365 days, then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion where the law allows).
10. Intellectual property
Planify, its software, design, and trademarks remain our property. You keep ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
11. Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. WhatsApp, hosting, and internet outages are outside our full control.
To the maximum extent permitted by EU and Romanian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost messages, or Meta/WhatsApp actions. Our aggregate liability for paid use in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you actually paid for Planify through Paddle in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. Consumers keep all mandatory statutory rights.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires explicit consent.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU law. Courts of Timișoara, Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue in their country of residence where the law grants that right.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In Romania, consumers may contact ANPC.
