Planify is designed around GDPR, not patched on later. The application and its database run in the European Union. You get a product that treats member lists, phone numbers, and schedules as personal data — with a clear legal basis, not a checkbox in the footer.
Protected in storage and on the wire.
Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Traffic to the app is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Production access is limited to the people who operate the service. We do not treat encryption as a marketing badge. It is how the product is built.
Your team’s data stays yours.
You decide who is on the roster. You can ask us to export or delete that data. We keep what the product needs while you use Planify. When you leave, we remove it in line with GDPR — not keep it to sell, profile, or train models. Legal pages have the formal wording. This page is the promise.

Contacts, schedules, and confirmation history are not a product we sell. No brokers. No ad networks. Planify is paid for by subscriptions — that is the only business model.
We don’t build advertising profiles.
We keep what the dashboard needs: who was invited, who confirmed, who declined. We do not turn your team into a marketing graph. When you leave and GDPR says we can delete, we delete. We do not hoard data “just in case.”
We don’t train AI on your data.
Customer and member data is not used to train models — ours or a vendor’s. Messages stay operational: schedule, confirm, decline. If we ever add AI, it will be opt-in, and we will say what is processed before you turn it on.
