What is Planify?

Planify is team scheduling software for organizations, churches, NGOs, sports clubs and event crews. A coordinator plans shifts in a web dashboard, Planify sends official WhatsApp Business messages, and each person confirms or declines with one tap.

Do my volunteers or staff need to install an app?

No. People receive a normal WhatsApp message and answer with a button. To see their full schedule they open a personal link and verify with a code sent on WhatsApp. They never create a password.

How does shift confirmation work?

You assign people to positions for an event. Planify sends each person a message with the date, time and position and two buttons. The answer appears in your dashboard as confirmed or declined within moments, and people who have not answered stay pending.

What happens when someone declines a shift?

The coordinator is alerted and the slot is marked declined in the dashboard. Planify proposes people who can cover the position and can message them for you. Smart auto-replace is part of the Lead plan.

How much does Planify cost?

The Free plan is free for 6 months and includes 1 department, up to 15 members and 50 messages a month. Group costs €9.99 per month, Team €19.99 and Lead €39.99, all excluding VAT, and annual billing gives you 2 months free. Larger organizations can ask for a custom plan on the pricing page.
