Changelog

Every improvement, every fix, every new feature — documented here. Planify gets better every month.

JUNE 2025

Planify becomes a SaaS platform.

Behind the decision

Churches, NGOs, restaurants — all asking for the same thing. A proper platform, not a spreadsheet held together with good intentions. We listened. Full SaaS development begins.

What changed

  • SaaS architecture decided and development started
  • Dashboard design — multi-department, role-based
  • WhatsApp Business API fully integrated into platform
  • Free plan confirmed — no credit card, no friction

NOVEMBER 2024

First confirmations sent via WhatsApp.

Behind the decision

We needed to know if real teams would actually respond. No assumptions. A live schedule, real members, real WhatsApp messages. One tap to confirm. They responded. No-shows dropped. We had our answer.

What changed

  • First live WhatsApp confirmations delivered
  • Real teams responded — no app, no password
  • No-show rate dropped from first use
  • Validation complete: the concept works at scale

OCTOBER 2024

Official WhatsApp Business API — approved.

Behind the decision

We refused to build on bots or browser workarounds. If we were going to do this, it had to be official, secure, and built to last.

What changed

  • Meta WABA approval received
  • Planify registered as official WhatsApp sender
  • End-to-end message delivery confirmed
  • Full GDPR compliance from day one

JANUARY 2024

The problem was too real to ignore.

Behind the decision

A coordinator. A team of volunteers. Emails ignored. Excel nobody updated. Manual calls every week just to find out who's coming. That frustration became the first version of Planify.

What changed

  • Problem identified: confirmation chaos in volunteer teams
  • Core insight: WhatsApp is where teams already are
  • First concept: automated confirmations, zero new apps
  • Goal set: 90%+ response rate without a single phone call
